Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any services, products, events, ticket sales, registrations, bookings, enquiries, communications, or digital content made available through it by E-Talent International and any related brand, trading name, campaign, project, or authorised partner operating through this website or associated landing pages, forms, funnels, or communications. By accessing this website, submitting any form, making a purchase, registering for an event, or using any linked service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. About us
This website is operated by E-Talent International. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” include E-Talent International and its authorised representatives, contractors, partners, event collaborators, ticketing providers, venues, suppliers, and service providers involved in delivering the relevant product, service, campaign, or event.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or any services offered through it. Your continued use of the website following any update to these Terms and Conditions will be taken as acceptance of the updated version.
3. Website content
All content on this website is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep information accurate, complete, and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is error-free, current, or suitable for your particular purpose. Event details, artist line-ups, schedules, venues, ticketing information, pricing, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice, subject always to applicable law.
4. Event and ticket information
Where the website relates to events, performances, concerts, functions, bookings, or registrations:
- all event details are subject to change;
- line-ups, dates, times, venues, support acts, seating, access arrangements, and production elements may be altered where reasonably necessary;
- any third-party ticketing platform or payment provider may have separate terms that also apply;
- you are responsible for reviewing the final event details before purchase or attendance.
We do not guarantee that every advertised element will remain unchanged. If a material change occurs, any entitlement to a remedy will be determined in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the relevant event-specific terms, and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
5. Consumer law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. If a service supplied by us fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under law. This may include repair, re-performance, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
6. Refunds and exchanges
Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy and any event-specific terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect assumptions, failure to attend, missed events, or mistakes made by the ticket purchaser. Refunds may be declined where the service or event has been delivered, substantially delivered, made available, or where the issue is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Third-party services
We may use third-party providers to assist with ticketing, payment processing, bookings, email delivery, analytics, CRM, website hosting, advertising, video, forms, and other services. We are not responsible for delays, failures, outages, errors, breaches, refund processing issues, or other matters caused by third-party systems except where required by law. Your use of any third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
8. Venue and supplier dependency
Where an event, booking, or service depends on a venue, artist, speaker, performer, coach, teacher, supplier, contractor, or other external party, we are not liable for failure or delay caused by that party’s acts, omissions, errors, or omissions to the extent permitted by law. If a venue or external provider changes, cancels, delays, or materially affects an event or service, we may update, reschedule, substitute, or otherwise manage the event or service in a reasonable manner.
9. Registrations, bookings, and submissions
If you submit a form, registration, booking request, enquiry, RSVP, waitlist request, sponsorship interest, or other submission:
- you confirm that the information provided is true, complete, and accurate;
- you authorise us to contact you using the details you provide;
- you acknowledge that submission does not always guarantee acceptance, booking, approval, or attendance;
- you agree that we may use your submission to assess, manage, deliver, or follow up on the relevant service or event.
10. User conduct
You must not use this website to:
- submit false, misleading, or abusive information;
- harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person;
- interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the website;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
- upload malicious code or unlawful material;
- use the website in a way that breaches any law or regulation.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content, branding, logos, graphics, text, images, video, layouts, designs, software elements, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to us. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or exploit any part of the website without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
12. Client, partner, and sponsor content
Where the website includes sponsor placements, partner mentions, customer-provided content, guest content, artist profiles, community listings, or third-party materials, those materials remain the responsibility of the relevant contributor or rightsholder. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content except where we have expressly authored it ourselves. Inclusion of a partner, sponsor, venue, business, or community organisation does not constitute a warranty, endorsement, or guarantee by us unless expressly stated.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered by you arising from your use of this website, any linked service, any event, any booking, or any third-party service, except where liability cannot be excluded under law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-Talent International and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, sponsors, suppliers, and related parties from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of the website, your unlawful conduct, or your breach of any third-party rights.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the revised version on this website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
